We ship globally using DHL Express.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Our commitment is to swiftly deliver your order to your doorstep. Within Jamaica, we rely on a private delivery service, while internationally, we trust DHL Express (or another reputable courier). Orders are typically processed within 48 hours if items are in stock. However, please note that shipping and processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Delays may occur if we encounter challenges verifying your credit card or address information. For pre-order items, fulfillment may take up to 3 months. Please ensure to provide a valid email address and phone number during checkout to prevent order cancellation in case we're unable to reach you.
DUTIES & TAXES
DUTYAt checkout, taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and are itemized on the order summary page. We operate on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are settled at the time of purchase. This approach ensures there are no surprises or hidden fees upon your order's arrival. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day, while those placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day. During peak periods, promotional events, or sales, dispatch may experience delays. Deliveries are scheduled between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, and a signature is required upon receipt. If no authorized individual is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left, and the package will be returned to the nearest collection center for pickup.
POTENTIAL DELAYS
While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that our carriers provide estimated delivery dates. Occasionally, orders may arrive outside of this timeframe, especially in rural areas. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Should you need to modify or cancel your order, promptly reach out to our team for assistance. Once processed, orders cannot be changed or canceled. However, we'll do our utmost to rectify any mistakes.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
When you purchase pre-order items, they undergo standard processing procedures but are shipped at a later date, as specified on the product page. You'll receive a confirmation once your pre-order has been shipped.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, rest assured that the in-stock items will be shipped separately for immediate delivery. No extra postage charges will apply in this scenario.
