Garment Care

At Haveli, sustainability is the focus of every fabric we use. Each garment is crafted with natural, biodegradable textiles and natural, non-toxic dyes and fixatives. This ensures that our clothing not only looks beautiful but also minimises harm to the environment and human health.

The following tips will help you extend the life of your Haveli garment while reducing its environmental impact.

How to take care of:

Silk

- Hand wash silk garments in cold water with a gentle detergent.

- Avoid rubbing or wringing silk fabric, as it can damage the fibers.

- Rinse thoroughly and gently press out excess water.

- Lay flat to dry on a clean towel or hang on a padded hanger to air dry.

- Iron on a low heat setting while the fabric is still slightly damp, or use a steamer to remove wrinkles.

- Alternatively, silk garments can be dry cleaned for a professional finish, if preferred.
